Dagartech Safety and Access Regulations
In order to guarantee the safety of everyone entering our facilities, compliance with the following rules is mandatory for employees, visitors, drivers and suppliers.
General Access Requirements
- Access to the premises is only permitted to authorised personnel, registered visitors and pre-approved suppliers.
- All visits or supplier interventions must be previously communicated and authorised by a Dagartech representative.
- Upon arrival, any external person must identify themselves at reception or at the control point, sign in and visibly wear a visitor or supplier badge, which must be returned at the end of the visit.
- It is mandatory to follow the instructions of security personnel and respect all existing signage within the premises.
Personal Safety Rules
- The use of the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory in industrial or production areas:
- High-visibility vest.
- Safety footwear.
- Other additional PPE may be required depending on the type of work (helmet, gloves, goggles, hearing protection, etc.).
- Access is prohibited to production, loading or testing areas without the appropriate equipment and prior authorisation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in denial or withdrawal of access.
Internal Traffic and Mobility
- Pedestrians must walk only along marked walkways and pedestrian zones.
- Vehicles must respect:
The speed limits established within the premises.
The right of way for pedestrians at crossings and marked areas.
- Vehicles may only park in the designated and signposted areas.
- The following are prohibited:
Reversing without assistance from a signalman in areas with limited visibility.
Blocking access routes or emergency exits.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of access authorisation.
Access for Suppliers and Contractors
- Before carrying out any work within Dagartech facilities, contractor companies and suppliers must:
- Have completed and validated the Coordination of Business Activities Procedure (CAE).
- Provide up-to-date documentation regarding occupational risk prevention, insurance and training of the personnel who will enter the site.
- No work may begin without the express authorisation of the Safety Manager or the corresponding area supervisor.
- During the performance of works, suppliers must:
- Comply with all internal safety, environmental and quality rules.
- Keep the work areas clean, tidy and free of obstacles or waste.
- Immediately report any incident, accident or hazardous situation detected.
Conduct and Responsibility
- The following are prohibited:
- Smoking outside designated areas.
- Entering under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs capabilities.
- Handling equipment, machinery or electrical systems without authorisation.
- All visitors and suppliers are responsible for complying with these rules and for any damages arising from non-compliance.
- Dagartech personnel may revoke access to any person who fails to comply with the rules or endangers safety.
Environmental Protection
- It is forbidden to dispose of waste, oils or liquids outside the designated containers.
- Any waste generated during the works must be properly collected and managed.
- Any spill or environmental incident must be immediately reported to the Safety or Environmental Manager.
Confidentiality and Restrictions
- It is not permitted to take photographs or make recordings within the facilities without express authorisation.
- All information, documentation or processes observed during the stay at Dagartech are confidential and must not be disclosed.
Emergencies
- In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of Dagartech personnel and go to the assembly point indicated on the evacuation plans.
- Remain calm, do not block evacuation routes and do not leave the premises until authorised to do so.
