In order to guarantee the safety of everyone entering our facilities, compliance<\/strong> with the following rules is mandatory<\/strong> for employees, visitors, drivers and suppliers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  1. \n

    General Access Requirements<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Access to the premises is only permitted to authorised personnel<\/strong>, registered visitors<\/strong> and pre-approved suppliers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • All visits or supplier interventions must be previously communicated and authorised<\/strong> by a Dagartech representative.<\/li>\n
    • Upon arrival, any external person must identify themselves at reception or at the control point<\/strong>, sign in<\/strong> and visibly wear a visitor or supplier badge<\/strong>, which must be returned at the end of the visit.<\/li>\n
    • It is mandatory to follow the instructions of security personnel<\/strong> and respect all existing signage within the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. \n

        Personal Safety Rules<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • The use of the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)<\/strong> is mandatory in industrial or production areas:\n
            \n
          • High-visibility vest.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Safety footwear.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Other additional PPE may be required depending on the type of work (helmet, gloves, goggles, hearing protection, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Access is prohibited<\/strong> to production, loading or testing areas without the appropriate equipment and prior authorisation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in denial or withdrawal of access<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            1. \n

              Internal Traffic and Mobility<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              • Pedestrians must walk only along marked walkways and pedestrian zones<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Vehicles must respect:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                The speed limits<\/strong> established within the premises.<\/p>\n

                The right of way for pedestrians<\/strong> at crossings and marked areas.<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Vehicles may only park in the designated and signposted areas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • The following are prohibited:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Reversing<\/strong> without assistance from a signalman in areas with limited visibility.<\/p>\n

                  Blocking access routes or emergency exits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of access authorisation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    1. \n

                      Access for Suppliers and Contractors<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                        \n
                      • Before carrying out any work within Dagartech facilities, contractor companies and suppliers<\/strong> must:\n
                          \n
                        • Have completed and validated the Coordination of Business Activities Procedure (CAE)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                        • Provide up-to-date documentation<\/strong> regarding occupational risk prevention, insurance and training of the personnel who will enter the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                        • No work may begin without the express authorisation<\/strong> of the Safety Manager or the corresponding area supervisor.<\/li>\n
                        • During the performance of works, suppliers must:\n
                            \n
                          • Comply with all internal safety, environmental and quality rules<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                          • Keep the work areas clean, tidy and free of obstacles or waste<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                          • Immediately report<\/strong> any incident, accident or hazardous situation detected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                              \n
                            1. \n

                              Conduct and Responsibility<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                \n
                              • The following are prohibited:\n
                                  \n
                                • Smoking outside designated areas.<\/li>\n
                                • Entering under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs capabilities.<\/li>\n
                                • Handling equipment, machinery or electrical systems without authorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                • All visitors and suppliers are responsible for complying with these rules and for any damages arising from non-compliance.<\/li>\n
                                • Dagartech personnel may revoke access<\/strong> to any person who fails to comply with the rules or endangers safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                    \n
                                  1. \n

                                    Environmental Protection<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                      \n
                                    • It is forbidden to dispose of waste, oils or liquids<\/strong> outside the designated containers.<\/li>\n
                                    • Any waste generated during the works must be properly collected and managed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                                    • Any spill or environmental incident must be immediately reported<\/strong> to the Safety or Environmental Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                        \n
                                      1. \n

                                        Confidentiality and Restrictions<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                          \n
                                        • It is not permitted to take photographs or make recordings<\/strong> within the facilities without express authorisation.<\/li>\n
                                        • All information, documentation or processes observed during the stay at Dagartech are confidential<\/strong> and must not be disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                            \n
                                          1. \n

                                            Emergencies<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                              \n
                                            • In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of Dagartech personnel<\/strong> and go to the assembly point<\/strong> indicated on the evacuation plans.<\/li>\n
                                            • Remain calm, do not block evacuation routes and do not leave the premises until authorised to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
